ALB was awarded the contract for the substructure and superstructure works at The Oakleigh – a prestigious retirement living development located on the former Burston Garden Centre site in St Albans.
Our scope of works includes:
- Brickwork and blockwork
- Thermal insulation and fire barrier systems
- Flat roofing and structural waterproofing
The development comprises 80 assisted living apartments and 44 cottages, designed to offer an exceptional standard of living. The Oakleigh sets a new benchmark for modern retirement living, combining luxury accommodation with outstanding hospitality, support services, and a vibrant community environment.
