ALB was awarded the contract for Phase 1 of the ICON Project in Stevenage comprises four residential blocks Block 4, Block 5, Block 6, and Block 7 ranging in height as follows:
- Block 4: 13 storeys
- Block 5: 9 storeys
- Block 6: 16 storeys
- Block 7: 9 storeys
